The Three Horseshoes at Smallford...

Our search for the ultimate eating house led us this time to The Three Horseshoes in Smallford nr St. Albans. Hertfordshire. UK. Here the chefs have put a lot of thought into the menu brimming with sophisticated tastes and textures. We dipped into starters like Aromatic Spiced Calamari and mains like juicy Roast Duck Breast and Slow-cooked Lamb Shoulder. A nice crackling log fire in this idyllic country pub rounded off a wonderful dinner that we all enjoyed.
